Requirements
+10 years of applicable experience
Experience of EPC / EPCm contracts across the Teesside industrial complex including Wilton and North Tees
Detailed experience of onsite Construction Management including safe delivery, to time, quality and budget
Detailed working knowledge and application of CDM 2015
Track record in conducting Readiness Reviews, Constructability Workshops and Construction Hazard recognition processes
Detailed knowledge of Safe Systems of Work
Broad understanding of UK regulatory framework, Construction engineering principles, industry best practice and construction techniques
Chartered Eng. Status, BTEC (Higher) or equivalent
Technical welding (CSWIP or similar)
NEBOSH general Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely
