- Detailed working knowledge and application of CDM 2015
- Track record in conducting Readiness Reviews, Constructability Workshops and Construction Hazard recognition processes
- Detailed knowledge of Safe Systems of Work
- Broad understanding of UK regulatory framework, Construction engineering principles, industry best practice and construction techniques
- Chartered Eng. Status, BTEC (Higher) or equivalent
- Technical welding (CSWIP or similar)
- NEBOSH general Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely
- Applicable trade discipline background
