About the role

  • Revenue Recovery Analyst protecting brands from counterfeit products by identifying and preventing their sale. Collaborating with team on e-commerce platforms to maintain brand integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Test Purchase Processing Responsibilities (~2/3 of role): Receive, inspect, photograph and document the products upon arrival at the warehouse (checking PO boxes and front desk), and subsequently dispose of products in a sustainable manner.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept in a clean, organized, and safe state, and a constructive, professional relationship is maintained with the landlord.
  • Legal Analyst Responsibilities (~1/3 of role): Identify counterfeit products on e-commerce platforms using trademarks (brand names/logos), copyrights (images), and patents (product designs).
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Use automated software to document findings in Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate the ordering of identified products to our warehouse.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in law or intellectual property is not required; we provide training.
  • Tech-Savvy - Comfortable working on a computer and with digital tools for extended periods (8 hours a day).
  • Proficiency with hotkeys, multi-tasking, and using dual monitors is a plus.
  • Efficient & Detail-Oriented - Able to work quickly while maintaining high levels of accuracy and precision.
  • Curious & Analytical - Demonstrates a keen interest in learning new processes and exploring innovative solutions.
  • Organized & Self-Motivated - Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and stay organized, even while working independently.
  • Adaptable - Comfortable switching between tasks in a fast-paced environment.
