About the role
- Senior Controller leading financial performance across Corbion's North American manufacturing sites. Driving strategic initiatives to optimize cost and cash flow while managing financial metrics and performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the site directors and site leadership teams.
- Proactively challenge assumptions and drive informed decision making to improve profitability, cost structure and cash flow.
- Translate operational strategies into financial plans, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Provide site P&L leadership: conversion cost per unit, OEE, yield/scrap, labor productivity, maintenance effectiveness and other cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive optimal inventory levels and own North America inventory valuation and provision.
- Lead and develop the team of manufacturing controllers of the respective manufacturing sites.
- Deliver timely, relevant and actionable insights through advanced analytics and business intelligence tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years progressive experience in finance roles within a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in financial, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Proven track record as a Finance Business Partner to senior supply chain leaders.
- Leadership experience in managing international teams.
- Proficiency in SAP (S/4HANA), BI and planning tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Fabric, Power BI).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
