About the role

  • Commercial Manager responsible for sales growth and market expansion at Copag. Leading sales teams and implementing strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Increase market share in the region under your responsibility.
  • Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets, even in competitive environments.
  • Lead, train and motivate sales teams, fostering high performance and engagement.
  • Identify new prospecting and account expansion opportunities, working with the organization’s full product portfolio.
  • Define regional targets together with the Director and ensure their execution across different states.
  • Monitor sales, margin and market-share KPIs.
  • Prepare management reports and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the link between the executive board and regional operations, conveying the organization’s values and culture.
  • Ensure that corporate policies and standards are applied consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Salesforce CRM.
  • Leadership skills.
  • English language proficiency is a plus.
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • TOTVS ERP knowledge is a plus.
