Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets, even in competitive environments.

Define regional targets together with the Director and ensure their execution across different states.
Monitor sales, margin and market-share KPIs.
Prepare management reports and propose corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Serve as the link between the executive board and regional operations, conveying the organization’s values and culture.
Ensure that corporate policies and standards are applied consistently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed.
MBA or postgraduate degree.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Salesforce CRM.
Leadership skills.
English language proficiency is a plus.
Power BI knowledge is a plus.
TOTVS ERP knowledge is a plus.
