  • Security Manager overseeing a team of 13 in Lundbeck’s Security department. Developing security strategies while ensuring employee safety and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate team’s daily activities
  • Plan and coordinate shift schedules
  • Implement and optimize work processes
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through collaboration
  • Develop and implement security plans and procedures
  • Drive alignment between Physical and IT Security

Requirements

  • Good leadership skills to motivate and inspire team
  • Service-minded with high quality and satisfaction delivery
  • Good communication skills to interact at all levels
  • Solutions-oriented able to handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Broad background in Security services management
  • Experience developing security policies, procedures, programs
  • Knowledge of relevant software and regulations
  • Familiarity with access control systems and surveillance equipment
  • Training or experience in emergency response and crisis management
  • Fluent in Danish and English
