Responsibilities
Supporting all the analytical needs for a single therapeutic area across sales, marketing, market access and medical affairs
Integrating the insights and building a 360-degree perspective of our customer
Proactively discovering, synthesizing, and championing actionable multi-source insights to optimize commercial strategies
Defining, tracking and monitoring brand KPIs/HVAs across performance and activity metrics
Leading the Quarterly and Monthly Business Review processes in partnership with the Brand team
Leveraging available data to provide secondary analytics to the brand
Ensuring continuous alignment and strategic partnership with cross functional teams
Requirements
Accredited Bachelor's degree
10+ years market research, competitive intelligence, business analytics and/or brand marketing experience
3+ years in pharma, healthcare, life sciences biotech, or medical devices
Demonstrated relationship development with the ability to work effectively both independently or within a team
Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence others, negotiate and build consensus
Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical data (e.g., sales, specialty pharmacy, payer, claims and fulfillment data, longitudinal patient-level data)
Analytical skills with strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations
Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, PowerBI, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, namely Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
