Junior Compliance Specialist ensuring evaluation and communication of compliance aspects. Engaging in project work in compliance team with focus on risk assessment and policy development.
Responsibilities
Assessment of compliance risks and handling of compliance inquiries.
Comprehensive research and review against applicable laws, internal requirements and regulations, followed by preparation and presentation for the Compliance team.
Preparation of reporting and consolidation of analysis and research results for further processing.
Participation in the development and provision of guidelines, policies and training materials.
Reporting to the Group Head of Corporate Audit & Group Compliance.
Occasional travel to GFT locations worldwide relevant for trainings and investigations (and, if applicable, audits).
Requirements
Completed bachelor’s degree in business law, law, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Strong analytical skills, high quality standards and discretion.
Enjoy working in a team, contributing and discussing a variety of perspectives.
Proactive, structured working style and a pronounced hands‑on mentality.
Enjoy researching legal requirements and changes worldwide.
Good Excel skills, including data analysis and presentation functions.
Fluent English (English is the corporate language) and confident German skills.
