About the role
- NPI Project Manager overseeing project management and product introduction in Advanced Wound Care. Collaborating cross functionally to drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the project management, planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of Advanced Wound Care new product introduction.
- Drive cross functional project execution through collaboration with various functional groups, including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations/Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
- Deliver high priority operations led projects to ensure completion on time and within the agreed scope and budget.
- Create detailed work plans for assigned projects which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete each project.
- Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Requirements
- University Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering or scientific discipline.
- At least 7 + years’ experience managing and delivering products into manufacturing ideally in medical device industry or similar.
- Prior experience in Woundcare industry is preferred.
- Experience in vendor and supplier communication and management is essential.
- Experience in project management collaborating with cross functional teams either in Operations Projects or Product Development projects.
- Experience working with Business Process models e.g., Stage Gate Processes.
- Experience with SCRUM based sprint planning is desirable.
- A good understanding of Medical Device Regulations and CFR, and experience with Design Control is required.
- A project management certification e.g., PMP, APM, Prince 2 or equivalent is preferred.
- A high level of proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Project, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, database software, SAP, MS Outlook, Project Management Cloud Software.
