About the role

  • Customer Consultant managing business and industrial insurance accounts at Contrust. Supporting clients in all composite sectors with a focus on long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies from approx. 50 employees) across all non-life/composite lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
  • Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
  • Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers as well as tenders/RFPs, including comparisons of terms and conditions
  • Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with the external sales team (management)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with an insurance broker or insurer in the commercial or industrial insurance sector in a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge in at least one non-life line such as industrial fire, business (operational) and product liability, etc.
  • Completed training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/frau für Versicherungen) or insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), or alternatively a relevant degree
  • Enthusiasm for actively shaping Contrust’s future beyond client service and for personal development
