Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap — define quarterly priorities based on customer journeys, revenue impact, and strategic positioning
Translate customer problems into product decisions — use churn data, deal-loss analysis, and Customer Success feedback to prioritize what matters
Define positioning through product — collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align product capabilities with target deal sizes (€20K–€50K+)
Set the line on scope — clearly communicate what we build and what we deliberately choose not to build
Drive cross-functional alignment — bridge Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing around shared goals and deliverables
Establish product metrics — define and track success criteria per feature, per journey, per quarter
Conduct competitive analysis — monitor the CLM market and identify differentiation opportunities in the DACH region
Run quarterly product reviews — present progress, learnings, and course corrections to leadership
Requirements
3–5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end
Experience in mid-market or enterprise software (not exclusively consumer/startups)
Ability to work with data: churn analysis, NRR, deal-loss patterns, customer segmentation
Strong communication in both German and English (our customers are in DACH, our team is international)
Comfortable with ambiguity — we are building the PM function from scratch
Experience working directly with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs
Structured thinker who can say “no” with clear reasoning
Nice to have: Experience in CLM, legal tech, procurement, or compliance software
Background in German Mittelstand / mid-market B2B sales cycles
Familiarity with AI/ML product features (extraction, classification, intelligence)
Experience scaling a product from €1M to €10M+ ARR
