About the role
- Business Controller managing financial processes and reporting for a dynamic catering firm. Collaborating with operations to simplify processes and enhance financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Management, analysis and optimization of monthly financial closings and customer results for our operations
- Evaluation of operating results, financial statements and reports for management
- Operational interface between operations, accounting and management, focusing on relieving site managers through process simplifications
- Support in setting up and further developing controlling and billing systems
- Setting up billing and processes when opening new company canteens
- Co-development, implementation and training of our ERP system
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and/or a degree in business administration
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, finance & accounting, or financial accounting
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers, data and analyses
- Confident user of Excel and other common MS Office applications
- Enthusiasm for new challenges and pragmatic problem-solving
- Interest in cooperative collaboration with other areas such as accounting, purchasing or commercial management
