- Cross-team samenwerken: van onboarding nieuwe campagnes tot live integratie van speciale projecten voor opdrachtgevers.
Requirements
- HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Ervaring met projectmanagement bij voorkeur binnen een BPO of de contactcenter branche.
- Kennis/certificering van Prince II is een pré;
- Teamspeler met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse belanghebbenden;
- Uitgebreide kennis van MS Office;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en sterke organisatorische skills om taken te plannen en te coördineren.
- Bereidheid om te leren en nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen;
- Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen om te werken in een dynamische en snel bewegende omgeving;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift.
