About the role
- Reliability Engineer implementing Reliability Engineering program for equipment reliability and production efficiency in a Corporate Reliability Center. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and traveling to various plant locations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute a world-class Reliability Engineering program
- Work as part of the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence Team
- Lead the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators
- Lead asset criticality management in SAP
- Drive asset risk management and mitigate plans
- Establish robust equipment failure root cause analysis capabilities
- Analyze equipment and cost data for Reliability Engineering efforts
- Apply PM Evaluation (PME) and PM Optimization (PMO) processes
- Utilize Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) processes and standards
- Perform Weibull analysis to understand equipment reliability
- Monitor progress of Reliability Engineering initiatives and provide updates
- Stay current with industry trends and recommend program improvements
- Develop strong SAP Plant Maintenance skills and lead improvement efforts
- Collaborate with Engineering teams for 'design for reliability' standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Engineering roles, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG
- Previous experience implementing Reliability Engineering processes
- Proven track record of establishing Reliability Engineering capabilities
- Experience managing projects
- Experience with Weibull and other statistical analysis methods
- Intermediate experience with Excel
- Experience with CMMS systems; SAP Plant Maintenance preferred
- Skilled in assessing and prioritizing improvement efforts based on losses
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%
