About the role

  • Compliance Analyst implementing policies and managing risks at Comgás. Collaborating across departments to ensure corporate governance and compliance measures.

Responsibilities

  • Implement compliance initiatives to identify, assess and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and analyses, identifying areas of non-compliance.
  • Propose and implement policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities.
  • Provide support for guidance, communication and training to employees on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Legal, Human Resources and Finance.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure evidence of controls.
  • Generate and analyze data and develop management reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or related field.
  • Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems used in the area.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment.
