About the role

  • Personal Assistant role providing executive support to Senior VP in global health-focused organisation. Collaborating across functions to drive leadership excellence and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and executive support to the Senior Vice President and the GQRAS Management Team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across global functions.
  • Approve GQRAS invoices in Alusta.
  • Assist in creating high quality, professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Draft announcements, newsletters and communication material.
  • Plan and coordinate key GQRAS meetings and events.
  • Maintain organisation charts, mailing groups and internal platforms.

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a global or corporate setting.
  • Strong organisational, communication and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Experience with Concur, Alusta and digital collaboration tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and reliability.
