About the role
- Consultant intern supporting strategic and operational transformations in financial services. Collaborating on various projects from strategic analysis to operational implementation.
Responsibilities
- Intégré.e au sein d’une équipe de consultants expérimentés dans les secteurs de la banque, de l’assurance et des services financiers
- Contribuer à des missions variées dès la phase de réflexion stratégique jusqu’à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle
- Réalisation d’études : étude stratégique, étude de marché, veille sectorielle, benchmark, étude réglementaire, étude technologique, étude et modélisation prospective
- Gestion de projets : préparation de support de comités, reporting, compte-rendu, suivi des actions, analyse de risques, analyse budgétaire
- Animation et coordination d’acteurs : ateliers collaboratifs innovants, séminaires
- Diagnostic et Audit : état des lieux, analyse, synthèse et recommandations
- Communication : stratégie de conduite du changement, plan de communication, supports de communication (newsletter, présentation, vidéo, podcast…)
Requirements
- Étudiant.e d’une grande école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou d’université
- À la recherche d’un stage de fin d’études de 6 mois avec un objectif de pré-embauche
- Autonome, enthousiaste et créatif.ve
- Forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Anglais n’est pas un problème
