About the role

  • Specialist focusing on employee journey and climate analysis at a leading educational group. Enhancing employee engagement and cultural initiatives through leadership collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Will work with a focus on the employee journey, organizational climate diagnosis (onboarding, pulse and offboarding surveys), culture and initiatives that are part of our people lifecycle, acting to increase retention and employee engagement.
  • Journey Mapping: Analyze and improve each employee touchpoint (attraction, onboarding, day-to-day, development, offboarding);
  • Climate and Engagement: Conduct experience and climate surveys (onboarding, pulse, offboarding), analyze quantitative and qualitative results, and create action plans with leadership and HR Business Partners;
  • Culture and Communication: Support organizational culture initiatives and internal communications that are part of the employee journey;
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Redesign current integration and offboarding experiences, building experiences that reflect our identity and reinforce the desired culture;
  • Project Management: Autonomy to design and implement projects focused on the employee journey, from attraction to separation;
  • Data Analysis: Produce and analyze reports and experience KPIs, providing insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources with a focus on Employee Experience, Climate and Culture, or Organizational Development;
  • Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint at least at an intermediate level);
  • Desirable: knowledge of employee journey platforms;
  • Familiarity with climate survey platforms (Qulture.Rocks, Feedz, Gupy, Pin People, GPTW);
  • Empathy and active listening;
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build partnerships;
  • Proactivity and flexibility.

  • Application of AI (Artificial Intelligence) to automate and improve processes and internal metrics;
  • Knowledge of process-mapping tools (Bizagi, Figma, Visio, etc.).
