About the role

  • Designer Editorial developing educational materials for Cogna, a leading education company in Brazil. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance public education materials in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Develop educational materials, from creating the graphic design and covers to preparing final files for print and digital distribution
  • Perform layout and necessary adjustments, ensuring visual quality and alignment with the series
  • Manage the production workflow, organizing requests and meeting established deadlines
  • Contribute to the visual standardization of materials and to process improvements throughout production
  • Interact with various stakeholders in the creation and execution of materials, ensuring quality and technical feasibility of deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Publishing, or related fields
  • Technical knowledge in layout, art editing, and graphic production
  • Experience with editorial processes and the production of textbooks
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office
  • English — basic/intermediate
  • Knowledge of AI tools and UX/UI design is a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, proactivity, and strong deadline management
