About the role

  • Administrative Assistant handling financial and administrative routines at Cogna. Collaborating to improve student and client success through diverse educational solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative routines, such as financial processes and collections.
  • Extract and review bank statement information.
  • Proficient with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with collections routines, including outbound calls and customer contact.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively in a team to achieve results.
  • Demonstrate proactivity and adaptability to handle different situations and demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel for developing spreadsheets and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of management/ERP systems for information and data control.
  • Knowledge of administrative routines for carrying out daily activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with the team and clients.
  • Ability to work in a team to meet goals and objectives.
  • Resilience to handle pressure and deadlines.
  • Adaptability to handle change and new demands.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is desirable.
