Responsibilities
- Manage the production of instructional materials in the exact sciences and engineering fields.
- Propose and administer schedules for the production of instructional materials, ensuring internal deadlines are met.
- Select and train authors and reviewers with expertise in specific subjects for the development of instructional materials, learning objects, assessment items, and video lesson recordings.
- Assist and provide support to content developers in the preparation of instructional materials.
- Conduct didactic and methodological analysis and validation of materials.
- Research, present, and/or develop pedagogical solutions and engaging resources for student learning in both regulated and non‑regulated courses.
- Monitor materials and learning objects and make occasional adjustments as needed based on feedback from different users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum qualification: postgraduate specialization (lato sensu).
- Master’s or PhD is a plus.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Desirable: knowledge of Power BI, experience with agile methodologies, teaching experience, and experience producing instructional materials.
- Strong communication skills and logical reasoning.
- Planning and organizational skills to manage responsibilities independently.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude.
