About the role

  • Tech Sales Manager piloting business development and managing a team for an innovative electric equipment supplier. Focus on sales projects and operational management in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • As a genuine commercial expert in selling technical solutions, your understanding of business challenges, your curiosity and your service-oriented mindset will ensure the success of your missions
  • Sale of technical projects: grow revenue through identified leads (lead generation and nurturing), specification to engineering consultancies, electrical installers and end users
  • Promote, drive and monitor technical and commercial proposals like a project manager, taking into account the customer request ecosystem
  • Master the entire sales cycle from identifying needs through to closing the deal
  • Operational management of the sales team (3 people): oversee project follow-up and sales targets
  • Support and challenge the sales force
  • Drive performance indicators, reporting and budget management of activities

Requirements

  • Education: degree in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, mechanical or production engineering
  • 8 years’ experience in business development in technical environments, ideally with an electrical installer/contractor
  • 3 years’ experience in leading/operational management of sales teams
  • English: B2 level written and spoken
