Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring the entire procurement process through to the delivery of inputs/supplies;
Responsible for developing and executing contracts with new suppliers to ensure commitment and timely delivery of goods and services;
Support corporate negotiations;
Preparation, analysis and implementation of bid results;
Analysis of excessive costs within the supply chain;
Extraction and monitoring of management reports;
Management and drafting of supplier contracts;
Receive, analyze and process monthly price updates;
Receive, analyze and process foreign exchange provisioning and settlement;
Control and manage purchase orders in the system and payment terms;
Process requisitions;
Act as an interface between departments, internal customers, suppliers, plants and operational units;
Manage and resolve invoice discrepancies;
Propose new solutions to improve departmental activities.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering;
Experience: Professional experience in Procurement and Contracts;
Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP, SAP Ariba, Power BI;
