About the role

  • Account Manager overseeing key automotive client account in a fast-paced logistics environment. Managing operational communication and performance while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • act as the primary operational link between the client and CEVA
  • build strong relationships while overseeing all planned activity
  • manage daily and weekly client communications
  • lead operational calls and provide clear updates on performance
  • analyse trends and prepare structured reviews and presentations
  • maintain an accurate activity tracker
  • support with finance and forecasting
  • work closely with internal teams

Requirements

  • strong communication skills
  • exceptional attention to detail
  • ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • excellent customer service capabilities
  • strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
  • confident to present professionally to senior stakeholders
  • experience within an OEM, leasing or rental environment will be beneficial
  • PC literate
  • able to operate under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • positive, enthusiastic and self-starting approach to managing a complex, fast-paced account
