Responsibilities
act as the primary operational link between the client and CEVA
build strong relationships while overseeing all planned activity
manage daily and weekly client communications
lead operational calls and provide clear updates on performance
analyse trends and prepare structured reviews and presentations
maintain an accurate activity tracker
support with finance and forecasting
work closely with internal teams
Requirements

ability to build effective relationships at all levels
excellent customer service capabilities
strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
confident to present professionally to senior stakeholders
experience within an OEM, leasing or rental environment will be beneficial
PC literate
able to operate under pressure and work to tight deadlines
positive, enthusiastic and self-starting approach to managing a complex, fast-paced account
