Responsibilities
- Design and develop new internal and client-facing systems and features to support the automated delivery of Clir’s renewable energy intelligence
- Build and integrate AI-powered features and tools that enhance the productivity and experience for Clir’s customers
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing analytics features
- Collaborate with product management and team leadership to scope and size upcoming projects
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Highly experienced in backend software development, building and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant SaaS products
- Interested in or have experience in building AI-powered features and products, including integrating LLMs, ML models, or intelligent automation into production systems
- Strong backend development skills with familiarity across the full stack
- Familiarity with effective agile and software development practices
- Bonus: Experience with any of: Python, Go, React, MySQL, Airflow, SCADA systems
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Ability to write internal technical documentation
- Experience working closely with product managers
