About the role

• Fullstack Developer to build and support the Click&Boat platform, a leader in boat rentals. Working within a dynamic team to develop solutions and foster user experience.

Responsibilities

• At Click&Boat, we empower our developers to shape the company’s strategy and the future of boating.
• Our engineering organization is composed of four agile squads, each owning a functional area.
• We build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that deliver a first-class experience to our users (boat owners, customers renting boats, and Click&Boat internal teams).
• You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects quickly while being mentored by experienced senior engineers.
• Our developers are also responsible for preparing their features, collaborating with product managers and designers, and monitoring and validating features in production.

Requirements

• You have 2 or more years of experience in web development.
• You are willing to work with our stack — prior experience with the exact stack is not required.
• You have a full‑stack developer mindset.
• You want to build solutions focused on our end users, not just elegant technology.
• Above all, we are looking for curious, business‑oriented candidates who are motivated to learn — make sure to demonstrate this during your interviews.
