About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the Student Financial Empowerment Center
- Train and mentor student employees are responsible for running center activities
- Serve as the liaison/connection between the school staff and Clearview
- Provide engaging and age-appropriate financial education seminars to students within the center
- Coordinate and deliver in-classroom financial education presentations
- Host financial education sessions for parents, teachers, and community groups
- Build and maintain relationships with school staff, teachers, and administrators
- Act as a liaison between the credit union and educational institutions
Requirements
- 1-3 years similar or related experience
- Two year degree, completion of specialized training or certification, or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating or conducting educational programming
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
- PA Department of Education and school district clearances
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must obtain a financial education certification within 6 months of hire
