Responsibilities

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving Clear Junction’s inbound growth by executing high-impact digital campaigns and marketing automation, improving marketing efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights to scale the company’s digital footprint.

Requirements

  • Hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in fintech, payments or financial services.
  • Comfortable owning campaign delivery and also pitching in across the wider marketing workload when priorities shift.
  • Confident with reporting and using data to make practical improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisation.
  • Good judgment on LinkedIn, including what to post, how to phrase it and when to push back.
  • HubSpt experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a structured approvals process and keeping execution tidy and well-documented.
