About the role
- Senior Functional Consultant specializing in SAP FI-CO, leading workshops and optimizing financial processes. Overseeing SAP S/4HANA implementations and guiding clients toward effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops and blueprint sessions for R2R (FI/CO) processes
- Guide clients in optimizing financial processes for scalability, compliance, and usability
- Own the functional solution design, including cross-module (SD, MM, PS) and third-party system integration
- Manage the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including Explore, Realize, and Deploy phases
- Act as the functional lead for the FI-CO stream within cross-functional Agile project teams
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO consulting
- Strong functional expertise in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, BL), CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business and technical stakeholders
- Practical experience in Agile delivery, backlog management, and end-to-end project execution
- SAP FI/CO certification preferred; understanding of Group Reporting, Treasury, or localization is a plus
- Business-level English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage
