About the role
- Mid Python Developer customizing SAP CPQ solutions for clients in Riga. Responsible for integrating SAP CPQ with other business systems and maintaining clean, reusable code.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP CPQ for clients, ensuring the accurate reflection of their pricing, quoting, and product needs
- Support the integration of SAP CPQ with ERP, CRM, and other business systems
- Write and maintain clean, reusable code in JavaScript and backend languages for custom CPQ logic
- Participate in technical design discussions and work closely with senior team members
- Debug and resolve technical issues in SAP CPQ configurations
- Assist in testing and deploying SAP CPQ enhancements and upgrades.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience as Python developer
- Proficiency backend languages such as Python
- Familiarity with Java or Node.js
- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, KnockoutJS
- Proficiency in database management
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related to configuration and pricing workflows
- Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience with SAP CPQ’s scripting and rule engine and solid understanding of CPQ principles, configuration, and pricing logic
- Understanding of the SAP ecosystem, such as integration with SAP ERP and CRM
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
