Requirements
- 7+ years of professional Android development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Experience with dependency injection frameworks like Hilt or Dagger.
- Familiarity with performance tuning, crash reporting, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of mentoring or coaching engineers.
