About the role

- Help with establishing a design culture within the company
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years experience designing web/mobile enterprise grade products
- A portfolio of designs delivered within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think through complex interaction design challenges
- Take pride in 0-1 ownership and comfortable in a greenfield environment and excited to shape, design, and stand up new systems
- Bonus: A degree in studio, digital, visual, or graphic design or a design-adjacent industry
- Bonus: Data and/or map heavy application experience
- Bonus: Previous experience scaling design systems
