Requirements
**To excel and achieve success in this position, candidates must possess the following essential skills:**
**2+ years of experience** building Android, iOS, and Windows apps using **.NET MAUI**
Strong **C#/.NET** development skills
Familiarity with **iOS/Android native APIs** (a plus)
Experience with **Azure or AWS**
Proficiency in **Visual Studio** or **JetBrains Rider**
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and managers
Excellent **communication skills** (written and verbal)
Solid academic background
Experience working in **Agile** teams (preferably Scrum)
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
A team player with a positive, flexible, and innovative mindset
