About the role

  • HRIS Systems Administrator supporting day-to-day SAP SuccessFactors HR operations. Ensure data integrity and maintain operational support across the employee lifecycle in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR system operations in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance and timely processing of HR transactions
  • Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle
  • Focus on execution, data integrity, and operational support
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, IT, Payroll, and HRIS leadership

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience
  • Hands-on experience administering SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred)
  • Experience with position management in SuccessFactors
  • Familiarity with onboarding modules and workflows
  • Strong experience with data uploads and data validation
  • Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented transactional work
  • Strong Excel skills (data validation, formatting, troubleshooting)
  • Comfortable working within defined processes and controls
  • Nice-to-Have: Exposure to reporting tools (SF Report Center) & experience supporting payroll-adjacent processes
