About the role

  • ServiceNow Systems Analyst ensuring quality and stability of DaVita’s platform and defining QA standards. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable development outcomes and platform governance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality and stability of DaVita’s ServiceNow platform
  • Define QA standards and operationalize a standardized QA process
  • Create and manage testing timelines, comprehensive test plans, and detailed test cases/scripts
  • Perform functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist with the triage and resolution of complex incidents
  • Support the operational team in enforcing governance standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules preferred)
  • Proven experience in defining or executing QA processes, including writing test scripts and managing UAT
  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A rigorous approach to testing and documentation to ensure “zero defect” deployments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help build new processes from the ground up.
