About the role

  • Junior Accountant supporting finance operations at CIC Warsaw, contributing to record-keeping and compliance. Engaging in a dynamic, international environment for hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Processing vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reports.
  • Supporting reconciliations and preparing documentation for month-end and year-end close.
  • Helping with statutory reporting and audit preparations.

Requirements

  • Enrollment as a final-year student in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and at least a B1 level of English.
  • Availability to work 30–40 hours per week.
