  • Mobile Team Manager leading and coaching a team of Mobile Financial Service Representatives at CIBC kiosks within Costco. Delivering exceptional client experiences while focusing on business development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Mobile Financial Service Representatives
  • Deliver exceptional client experience and deepen client relationships
  • Inspire team to perform at their best and champion a 'One Team' approach
  • Focus on sales of CIBC deposit accounts and uncover referral opportunities
  • Build a culture of collaboration across client offers
  • Conduct business development within Costco Warehouses
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and controls
  • Monitor business performance and implement action plans

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services industry
  • Sales management and advisory coaching experience and skills
  • Solid understanding of sales and sales management processes
  • Knowledge for efficient client experience delivery
  • Current accreditation in good standing Mutual Funds License is an asset
  • Current accreditation Branch Managers’ Course or Branch Compliance Office Course is an asset
