About the role

Responsibilities
- Discuss architecture solutions with the team and the client.
- Lead the development of microservices (.NET Core/C# with Hexagonal Architecture).
- Ensure stability and performance of critical back-end systems.
- Support the team in incident resolution (troubleshooting) through effective use of APM tools (Dynatrace).
- Conduct code reviews and ensure services have unit test coverage (minimum 85%) in CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure smooth integration of microservices with third-party systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience with .NET Core (C#) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Oracle Database (PL/SQL) and SQL Server.
- Experience with queues and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of observability tools (Dynatrace, Kibana).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Previous experience with the CI&T Flow / Suad Turing platform or other AI agent orchestration platforms.
- Experience with Hexagonal Architecture and design patterns (DDD, SOLID).
- Knowledge of Python and Node.js (for reading and migrating legacy code).
- Experience in a financial or banking context.
- Knowledge of AWS.
