- Develop robust APIs using modern engineering practices (DDD, design patterns, microservices best practices).
- Establish automated tests (TDD/BDD), ensuring adequate coverage and continuous quality.
- Perform code reviews and support the team in resolving technical questions.
- Support the development of team members, promoting succession planning and the dissemination of best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, observability, performance, and security.
