About the role

• Work on-site with operations in Cajamar and Vila Olímpia to identify process improvements and propose AI-based solutions. Translate operational challenges into clear business requirements and design 'TO-BE' workflows powered by AI and low-code/no-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site and serve in a consultative capacity with operations teams (Cajamar and Vila Olímpia regions) to gain a deep understanding of users' routines and pain points.
• Analyze current "AS-IS" processes, identifying bottlenecks, overly verbose procedures, and inefficiencies in the use of existing systems.
• Translate operational needs into business requirements for the application of Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Agents, defining what needs to be done to solve problems and proposing solutions that leverage AI agents, Machine Learning, and data.
• Act as a bridge between operations and the technical team, ensuring that proposed solutions (especially AI-based ones) are aligned with real process constraints and deliver tangible value.
• Propose the design of new "TO-BE" workflows empowered by technology, focusing on simplifying and streamlining operational tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
• Experience in mapping, modeling, and optimizing business processes.
• AI: Functional knowledge of the capabilities, limitations, and applications of Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Agents (focus on use cases rather than programming).
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear functional documentation for development teams.
• Availability and willingness to travel within the São Paulo region, including visits to the operations site in Cajamar and offices in Vila Olímpia.
• Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem, specifically Vertex AI.
• Ability to identify opportunities to use low-code/no-code tools to optimize processes.
