About the role

Responsibilities
- Work together with CI&T to support a client in the financial market;
- Develop both backend and frontend components;
- Build and maintain high-quality, high-performance microservices;
- Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical refinement, development, testing, and deployment;
- Collaborate with the team to propose and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements;
- Take part in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices;
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients, fostering a productive and harmonious environment;
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members to facilitate information sharing and alignment of goals.
Requirements
- Experience with Java/Spring development;
- Experience with Angular development;
- Proficiency in TypeScript;
- Experience with Node.js;
- Familiarity with Clean Code principles and REST APIs;
- Write unit and/or automated tests;
- Perform code reviews;
- Experience with source code versioning tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps Repos);
- Understanding of agile frameworks such as SCRUM and KANBAN (dailies, sprints, reviews);
- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments (Microsoft Azure), CI/CD pipelines, SonarQube, and microservices architecture.
