About the role

  • Engineering Manager leading multidisciplinary teams in AI-driven product development for CI&T Flow platform. Ensuring collaboration, innovation, and delivery of scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering teams in creating and evolving new products within the CI&T Flow platform, using AI agents (Chat, Steps, Maker, Coder, Ops, and others) to deliver hyper-productive, secure, and scalable digital solutions.
  • Connect product, technology, and people, ensuring teams deliver end-to-end business value.
  • Ensure the architecture evolves sustainably and that the engineering culture remains strong, modern, data-driven, and focused on continuous experimentation and innovation.
  • Foster data-driven decisions, A/B testing, feature flags, and rapid feedback loops to validate hypotheses and iterate on features.
  • Ensure a highly collaborative environment with autonomy and accountability, results orientation, and a culture of experimentation.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for products and features.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Engineering Manager, Engineering Lead, or Tech Lead with people management responsibilities.
  • Strong software development experience and knowledge of modern architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) applied to product teams.
  • Experience building or evolving digital products in high-complexity or high-scale environments.
  • Experience working in product squads or multidisciplinary teams focused on outcomes (not just outputs).
  • Familiarity with product frameworks such as Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, Design Thinking, and Jobs to be Done (JTBD).
  • Experience defining and tracking OKRs, product metrics (adoption, retention, NPS, CSAT, etc.), and business KPIs.
  • Experience with hypothesis testing, controlled experiments, A/B testing, feature flags, and MVP validation.
  • Ability to apply value engineering (Value Stream Mapping, Impact Mapping) to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Experience using data (analytics, usage metrics, qualitative feedback) to guide product and engineering decisions.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with technologies such as Python (backend development, automation, AI/ML) and TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js, modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js).
  • Familiarity with other languages such as Go, Java, or Rust is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, serverless, containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
