About the role

• As a Full Stack Developer, you'll enhance our collaborative culture through technical expertise. Focused on UI performance and contributing to ongoing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Experience in front-end development;
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Next.js;
• Strong knowledge of CSS3, preprocessors (Sass/Less) and experience implementing and maintaining Design Systems (tokens, reusable components, documentation);
• Proficient with Git (branches, PRs/MRs, code review) and familiar with collaborative versioning workflows;
• Ability to consume and handle REST and GraphQL APIs, including error handling and loading states;
• Familiarity with building applications using content management systems (CMS).

Requirements

• Knowledge of optimizing Core Web Vitals, using tools such as Lighthouse and PageSpeed, and best practices for lazy loading, code splitting, and image optimization.
• Basic experience developing lightweight backend applications and services (APIs, middleware, integrations).
• Experience with Google Tag Manager for tracking errors and metrics.
• Experience with e-commerce.
• Interest in UI Performance and Developer Experience (DX).
• Familiarity with Atomic Design.
