About the role

  • Account Manager at Chowdeck managing restaurant partner relationships and optimizing vendor performance across key metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned restaurant partners.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins (physical and virtual).
  • Resolve operational and commercial issues promptly.
  • Drive vendor GMV growth through menu optimization, promotions and discount strategies, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and visibility campaigns.
  • Monitor weekly/monthly sales performance and identify underperforming vendors.
  • Implement turnaround plans.
  • Monitor prep time, cancellation rate, and customer complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with Chowdeck operational standards.
  • Improve order acceptance rate and reduce downtime.
  • Work closely with operations and support teams to resolve escalations.
  • Analyze vendor performance data to generate actionable insights.
  • Present periodic performance reports to vendors.
  • Track KPIs including orders, GMV, revenue, conversion rate, rating, preparation time, and cancellation rate.
  • Identify opportunities to onboard additional branches and drive adoption of new Chowdeck features and products.
  • Support marketing activations and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, growth, or vendor management.
  • Experience in food delivery, marketplaces, SaaS, or FMCG is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills (comfortable with dashboards and performance metrics).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and execution-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
