Account Manager at Chowdeck managing restaurant partner relationships and optimizing vendor performance across key metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned restaurant partners.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct regular check-ins (physical and virtual).
Resolve operational and commercial issues promptly.
Drive vendor GMV growth through menu optimization, promotions and discount strategies, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and visibility campaigns.
Monitor weekly/monthly sales performance and identify underperforming vendors.
Implement turnaround plans.
Monitor prep time, cancellation rate, and customer complaints.
Ensure compliance with Chowdeck operational standards.
Improve order acceptance rate and reduce downtime.
Work closely with operations and support teams to resolve escalations.
Analyze vendor performance data to generate actionable insights.
Present periodic performance reports to vendors.
Track KPIs including orders, GMV, revenue, conversion rate, rating, preparation time, and cancellation rate.
Identify opportunities to onboard additional branches and drive adoption of new Chowdeck features and products.
Support marketing activations and campaigns.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, growth, or vendor management.
Experience in food delivery, marketplaces, SaaS, or FMCG is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills (comfortable with dashboards and performance metrics).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Highly organized and execution-driven.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
