About the role

• IT Collaboration Technical Lead overseeing administration of Office 365 and Azure services. Guiding teams and ensuring consistent service quality in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration, monitoring, and improvement of Office 365 and Azure services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online) including participation in migrations and new service design.
• Develop and optimize automation and low‑code solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint tools) to enhance IT and business processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders on planning, designing, and implementing new technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support knowledge sharing, and deliver training sessions for end users.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team by delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Coordinate internal/external resources, manage team availability and maintain smooth operations aligned with SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT area, with supporting and implementing Office 365 services.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing teams in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience designing, developing, configuring, implementing, testing, troubleshooting, deploying, and supporting Office 365 solutions.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience collaborating with diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• ITIL Foundation certification (or knowledge).
