- Test Plan Development: Create comprehensive test plans that cover different scenarios and types of testing, such as functional, performance, and security tests.
- Metrics Definition: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure software quality and monitor the progress of the quality process.
- Tool Implementation: Implement test automation and quality management tools.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with developers, stakeholders, and other areas of the company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with test automation tools (Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium, etc.).
- Ability to coach the development team to identify important test scenarios and support the implementation of quality process improvements.
