About the role

  • Intern in TI Governance at Cencosud supporting policy maintenance and performance monitoring along with auditing and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and updating of IT policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance;
  • Assist in monitoring performance indicators, risks, and controls, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes;
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, including organizing evidence and tracking action plans;
  • Map processes and keep organized records in corporate repositories;
  • Update dashboards, reports, and controls used by the IT Governance area using corporate tools;
  • Collaborate with the team in organizing and managing documents, workflows, and the area’s strategic information.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • Basic understanding of IT Governance and familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
  • Introductory knowledge of Risk Management, Internal Controls, and IT Compliance;
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports;
  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, and Power BI;
  • Strong written communication skills for preparing documentation, policies, and procedures;
  • Advantage: entry-level certifications such as ITIL Foundation, COBIT Foundation, or ISO 27001 Awareness.
