About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack applications (Back-end & Front-end)
- Work with Java / Spring Boot / Java EE and Angular / Vue.js environments
- Design high-value business modules and features
- Apply and promote development best practices
- Produce clear technical documentation and actively participate in testing and acceptance phases
- Mentor and upskill developers
- Serve as a technical point of reference and day-to-day facilitator
- Maintain excellent client relationships and be able to understand, challenge, and support business needs
- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Participate in building and structuring the local practice.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or a Master 2 (M2) in Computer Science
- At least 5 years of proven experience with Java / Spring Boot / Java EE environments and front-end development with Angular
- Natural technical leadership
- Comfortable with CI/CD practices, code quality, testing and development standards
- Able to communicate in French and at least B2 level in English.
