Responsibilities
Help design reusable components for Radio‑Canada’s digital platforms.
Ensure compliance with standards and monitor product quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in quality assurance.
Be proactive and suggest solutions to challenges as they arise.
Participate in Agile Scrum activities to review the progress of projects in production and implement necessary fixes or adjustments, or to evaluate the outcomes of completed projects.
Help develop user stories for our various products.
Ensure internally developed applications perform well and can handle high demand.
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives and application deployments.
Requirements
University or college degree, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years’ experience as a quality assurance analyst in a web or mobile environment.
Experience with APIs, CMS platforms, back‑end services and databases.
Passion for software quality and strong attention to detail.
Strong collaboration skills and a proven ability to contribute to cross‑functional teams.
Knowledge of test automation, testing tools and testing frameworks.
Familiarity with continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Experience with the application design and development lifecycle, particularly using Agile Scrum project management methodology.
Strong experience and ability to work independently with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Swagger and Postman.
Experience and knowledge of website security, as well as process design and engineering (assets).
Broad general knowledge and a high degree of curiosity (willingness to acquire and develop new skills and knowledge).
