Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the agency’s goals and client needs
Gather and prioritize product and client requirements through research, data analysis, and stakeholder input
Translate business and client needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery
Manage product backlog, participate in sprint planning, and make trade-off decisions as needed
Track product performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics and iterate accordingly
Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions across the agency
Support marketing and client-facing teams with product positioning, updates, and launch communications
Collect and synthesize client feedback to inform future improvements and innovation
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in product management or a related role
Demonstrated ability to manage products through the full product lifecycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or iterative development environments
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
