About the role
- Junior Accountant responsible for financial reconciliations and supporting accounting processes at Casualfood. Engaging with external partners and maintaining financial data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Als Junior Accountant (m/w/d) sorgst du für eine reibungslose Abstimmung der baren und unbaren Geldflüsse mit unseren Umsatzerlösen - direkt aus unserem Support Office am Flughafen Frankfurt am Main
- Du erstellst Abrechnungen für unsere externen Partner – präzise, nachvollziehbar und termingerecht
- Du kontierst und verbuchst Geschäftsvorfälle wie Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen und behältst dabei stets den Überblick
- Von Frankfurt am Main aus stimmst du Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten ab und unterstützt damit eine korrekte Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du pflegst Stammdaten gewissenhaft und achtest auf deren Aktualität und Richtigkeit
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen und gewinnst dabei wertvolle Einblicke in die Welt eines Junior Accountant (m/w/d)
- Auch administrative Aufgaben wie die digitale Dokumentenablage gehören für dich als Junior Accountant (m/w/d) dazu – klar strukturiert und gut organisiert
- Deine Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen sind bei uns am Flughafen Frankfurt am Main ausdrücklich willkommen – wir freuen uns über jeden Impuls!
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Rechnungswesen oder Buchhaltung – auch ein Quereinstieg mit passender Praxiserfahrung ist möglich
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung – ob durch eine Ausbildung, ein Praktikum oder durch Berufspraxis als Junior Accountant (m/w/d)
- Du kennst dich mit MS Office gut aus, insbesondere mit Excel
- Außerdem: Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssystemen wie DATEV, SAP oder Lexware ist ein Plus – aber kein Muss
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig – und behältst auch bei Zahlenkolonnen die Ruhe
- Teamarbeit ist für dich keine Floskel, sondern gelebter Alltag – gerade an einem so lebendigen Ort wie Frankfurt am Main
